Pioneering Polar Explorer, Pen Hadow, to Speak at the Mount Kelly Oracle Lecture: Monday 9 February 6:00 – 7:00pm in The Wortham Hall (Prep)
Join us on Monday 9 February to hear Pen Hadow talk about what it took to achieve his extreme ambition to make it solo to the North Pole.
In a Q&A session afterwards, we hope to hear more about his pioneering research into the rates and causes of the unexpectedly fast loss of Arctic sea ice, and the consequences for the northern hemisphere.
Mount Kelly pupils, parents, staff and friends are welcome to attend what promises to be an fascinating discussion.
