Mount Kelly has an internationally recognised Performance Swimming programme, managed by Emma Collings-Barnes. There are three pools on our campus including a 50m, 8 lane Olympic Legacy swimming pool.

A fantastic weekend for the Mount Kelly Prep & College swimmers as they competed against the region’s strongest athletes at the Age Group Regional Championships. Over both days of racing, the team produced an outstanding series of performances, with swimmers stepping up in heats and finals to deliver personal bests, medals, and numerous top-8 finishes.🏊♀️🏊♂️
The swim squad showed excellent depth across all age groups and events, with particular highlights in both sprint and distance racing. Many swimmers demonstrated significant progress, adapting well to high-pressure racing environments and executing their race plans with confidence and control.
The distance squad also capped off the meet in impressive fashion, showing strong tactical awareness and improved pacing strategies, and contributing significantly to the team’s overall success.
A brilliant collective effort from the entire squad - well done to all swimmers involved. 💪
