WELCOME
Mount Kelly is an independent school located in Tavistock, Devon, UK. We are a co-educational school for children aged between 4 and 18 offering day, weekly, flexi and full boarding.

Mount Kelly has an internationally recognised Performance Swimming programme, managed by Emma Collings-Barnes. There are three pools on our campus including a 50m, 8 lane Olympic Legacy swimming pool.
GIRLS' FOOTBALL
Our established Girls’ Performance Football Programme is run in association with Chelsea FC.

We had a fantastic day of racing at the Swim England Age Group Open Water National Championships 2026! πββοΈππββοΈ
Competing across a range of events, Mount Kelly was proudly represented by eight swimmers, with several of our athletes making their national open water debut.β¨
The team celebrated three top-10 finishes, while every swimmer gained invaluable experience that will stand them in good stead for next season. Unfortunately, one of our swimmers was forced to withdraw during the third lap after sustaining an injury. We wish them a speedy recovery.
Congratulations to all of our swimmers for embracing the challenge and have plenty to be proud of! π

Freddie W travelled to Bedford over the weekend to compete in the U16 1500m at the England Athletics Age Group Championships.πββοΈ
Saturdayβs heats saw Freddie qualify comfortably in 1st place in around 4:16, doing exactly what was needed to secure his place in Sundayβs final.
With strong winds making the final a tactical affair, Freddie drew on his racing experience to stay in contention throughout. Keeping the lead group within reach over the middle stages, he produced a superb finish to claim 3rd place overall among the English athletes and a well-earned place on the podium. π₯
An outstanding achievement and a testament to Freddieβs hard work, dedication and commitment. Congratulations, Freddie! ππ
