Mount Kelly is an independent school located in Tavistock, Devon, UK. We are a co-educational school for children aged between 4 and 18 offering day, weekly, flexi and full boarding.

Mount Kelly has an internationally recognised Performance Swimming programme, managed by Emma Collings-Barnes. There are three pools on our campus including a 50m, 8 lane Olympic Legacy swimming pool.

Our established Girls’ Performance Football Programme is run in association with Chelsea FC.

Some of our College boarders enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of pony trekking on the moors over the weekend.
For some of our new pupils, it was a chance to explore the beautiful local landscape and discover the nature right on our doorstep. For others, it was simply a great opportunity to get outdoors, spend time with friends and enjoy a different kind of weekend adventure. 🌿

Our GCSE Art pupils enjoyed an inspiring trip to St Ives, visiting Tate St Ives and the incredible Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden.🌿✏️
With Hepworth’s workshop and studio preserved as she left them, the visit offered an invaluable insight for pupils studying the St Ives artists and the environment in which they worked.
The weather was on their side too, giving pupils plenty of time to sketch the sculptures and plants within the beautiful garden. ✨
